Heiko Maas doesn't look particularly Romanian to me. He would fit in Belgium/France without any trouble. He reminds me of Jean Claude Juncker.

I agree, my father don't think he looks Jewish either, he just thinks surname Bloom is Jewish-sounding.
Orlando doesn't have any Jewish ancestry as far as I know.
