Phenotypically, probably a mix of Madrid + some Southern Italian city, excluding the non-white elements.

Also Buenos Aires is full of mixed people and even pure amerindians and a good amount of them are bolivian or paraguayan inmigrants but most of them are 100% argentineans while mestizos and ameridians in Madrid arent spaniards. They are colombians, ecuatorians, bolivians, venezuelans, dominicans, etc.

I think Buenos Aires is like a giant Madrid, racially speaking (mostly whites and good amounts of mestizos) but with an Italian touch. Its white population, instead of being nearly all Spanish, as in Madrid, is mostly Spanish/Italian, instead.

    Very accurate IMO.
Also agree with Perikolez regarding mixed elements.
