    I'm prone to classify myself as Pan-Europeanist but my convictions are not based at all on the 3 arguments exposed by OP, so I think he is irrelevant.

    What are your convictions based on then? Christianity and the Renaissance?

    I imagine the first convictions stem from much earlier than both subjects you've mentioned.
