If there was mass scale miscigenation blacks would completely disappear in USA in 2 or 3 generations. In 100 years from now there would be almost no Blacks in USA.

Black Americans are already 25% European on average, to dillute all of them into ''white'' looking folk wouldn't be difficult. I think Eugenics through dissolution of non-desired traits is a far more humane type of eugenics than segregation or extermination. I do think blacks should be ''dilluted'' in places where this can be achieved.

In places like Africa it's impossible to do, so humanity will need to deal with the burden of being 1/4 or 1/3 black (SSA natality rates are immense) for the next centuries. And the worst: they will mass migrate to other places. The black problem will be the greatest problem of the 21st century.

That would not happen since average black american has 82-88 IQ points and average haitian has an average of 67. Its probable that the delta would be like Dominican Republic(which people has an average of 82 points) or even better since those blacks have a higher IQ.
