Wikipedia is not really trustable (I mean their sources are not always fresh), I only trust recent peer-reviewed studies; I'd say the average for whole Brazil is somewhere in between 65-75%, but it can vary drastically even from city to city.
You can have a town that is 80% European neighbouring another one that is only 50%. I think ~70% is a reasonable average because most studies are in between 65-75%.
Northeast and Northern Brazil are probably 60% European on average, Central Brazil around 65-67% and Southeast Brazil (the most populated region) around 70-75%. South Brazil is over 80%, yeah.
