Closer to French, British Islanders (including Irish), Belgians, Central Europeans and Balkans than to Scandinavians, Baltics, West and East Slavs.
A bit closer to Slavs than to Baltics and Scandinavians.

We feel closer to Western Europeans, something that North Europeans such as Swedes, Norwegians or Danes are too, although only culturally ( developed country, good health system, good infrasestructures, etc).
We dont feel closer at all with Eastern Europeans, and thanks their poor immigrants and their poor style of life in their own countries we see them as second class European citizens, really.

One of the most important countries in the history of mankind has no models because the country itself is already a model.
We don't really look at anyone, they look at us.
By geographical situation it is obvious that we have been more related to the countries of our Western environment throughout history and in recent times what we have received most in Spain have been to Nordic Europeans since the Eastern countries were barely seen by Spain; Although Russia has always been interested and talked about, Yugoslavia was a country that sounded a lot in Spain, I don't know the reason but since I was a child I listened to its name a lot, the rest of the countries were hardly treated for political reasons, but now people don't locates the location too well and interest has been lost.

According to oral family tradition E-FT155550 comes from a deserter of Napoleon's troops (1808-1813) who stayed in Spain and changed his surname.

I'm Iberian of the original stock based on comparing myself to Germanic Zapatero, other Spaniard Antonio Banderas, Berber Cheb Khaled and others, so I am like the Romans and Greeks (ancients, not mixed with nor influenced by Germanics like Lombards and Slavs).
The British have less in common with me, as do Franks and even Visigoths who seem to be the dominant race in Iberia now.
Culturally, that depends since north and south in the west have split by Protestants and Catholics, while being predominantly libtarded now, whereas Russia beats up faggots, so they have a superiour culture. The Spanish Empire executed such. I love being Spanish. :-)

Iberians existed before Germanic invasions. Visigoths are not the original Iberians. Neither are Vandals. I don't know if Celts were there as early as my ancestors but Celts were in the north, not the south and east of HISPANIA. The king of Spain now is not an original Iberian. He is of the Germanic invaders, but I don't hate his race nor any race anywhere.
This statue (if it appears; I don't know, since I'm not great with computers) of IMPERATOR AVGVSTVS shows his lips being bigger than typical Nordic lips, so Romans were not like Germanics. Thin lips keep more heat in. This is why blacks have the biggest lips. No need to trap heat in Sub-Saharan Africa. Augustus had lips like me, since both are Europeans racially natives to the Mediterranean with a warm climate. Hence lips being neither extreme of thin or thick, generally. Alexander the Great also had such lips, as depicted by ancient POMPEII people.
