Croat Tito gave them possibility for massive reproduction and immigration in Serbia.
There were 532.011 Albanians in Serbia according to census 1948. (8,1% of total population of Serbia).
According to census 1991. their number rise to 1.674.353. More than 3 times in only 43 years.

I think Kosovo Serbs are immigrating from Kosovo to Serbia in even larger numbers. The birthrate would probably be similar in both populations, but I'm not sure.

Yes, I know. Tito was very anti-Serb. He divided Serbia on autonomous regions, but he didn't want to do that in other Republics.
I am Serb from Croatia, by origin. We were more numerous than Albanians in Serbia on census 1948 (even after Croatian-ustasha genocide against us in WW2), but he didn't want to give us autonomous region within Croatia, what he did to Albanians in Serbia.
His grave should be removed from Belgrade.

Because Serbs were over-represented in Police, Military, Public Adminstration and top Companies boards. Tito was not a fan of Serbs though, he tried to keep them in check by balancing the power with other ethnic groups.

In that case, muslims in Sandžak should have been given autonomous region as well as Serbs and Croats in BiH.
