Yugoslav People Army, highest ranking personel (Generals): Montenegrins 11%, Croats 19%, Serbs 46,5%, Slovenians 10,4%, Muslims 2.8%, Albanians 1.4%, Yugoslavs 5% (data from 1985)
70% of professionals soldiers were Serbs and Montenegrins put togheder, with Montenegrins being most over-represented, and Albanians being most under-represented .
In 1983, percentage of Croats in Croatian Police was less than 50%, Serbs made 50% of all personel (rest being Yugoslavs). By the end of 1990, percentage of Serbs in Police was 30% and their percentage in population 12%.
