I which of these countries do you think I'd be more popular among women?

DR looks nice. Any place is cheap when you live in Sweden (doesn't mean Sweden is necessarily much richer than those places, though).

Germany seems interesting as well. Culture is not too unfimiliar and even the language is quicker to pick up (I am planning to learn a bit of the local language of whichever country I pick up except Portugal, of course).

Colombia is honestly an interesting option. They also have a lot of racial diversity from region to region which makes it an interesting country to navigate as a light skinned Black man.
