I think it’s because most of the time the SSA traits are more dominant and they don’t look fully European even if they mostly are.
Plus the one drop rule was around for the longest in the South.

perhaps, it also works in the quarter way for Amerindian tribes as well

She really is a New Orleans Creole. Brazilian tri-racial mix , no European look (with ssa strokes, similar to south asian)

Many people here will don't confuse her with a white-euro.

Yes, I don't know even if she hasn't curly hair or great mouth, the face structure look a little bit-SSA influenced, it's not easy to describe it precisely
