Why does my grandfather's brother score 4% MENA on GEDmatch but 0% Jewish on FTDNA?

I get 85% Middle Eastern(82%Asia Minor&3%Sephardic Jew)on FTDNA, I get 6% Ashkenazi on Jtest but I have zero Jewish match and zero Jewish ancestry as far as I know.

6% on the JTEst may be normal for your ethnicity. Check the spreadsheet.
