Why does my grandfather's brother score 4% MENA on GEDmatch but 0% Jewish on FTDNA?

4% is way too much to be noise. North Europeans don't score such admixtures unless they have some recent MENA/Jewish anestry.

Remember that people inherit only ca. 1/4 from grandparent.

I get 85% Middle Eastern(82%Asia Minor&3%Sephardic Jew)on FTDNA, I get 6% Ashkenazi on Jtest but I have zero Jewish match and zero Jewish ancestry as far as I know.
