Weren’t you a lawyer? I am sure you know what’s the law of property ownership so you shouldn’t ask “what can we do?”, in my opinion. Just tell them that they have an obligation to not disturb other neighbors otherwise you have a right to turn to prosecution, but if your main purpose is catching someone’s attention here with such thread, well, you are on the right path.
