The arab christians (lebanese) I have known in Latin America most (not all) seamed like almost spanish looking.

The muslims I have met in Spain (moroccans) are very distinct, you can distinguish them from far.

Armenians are into white collar crime, if they even engage in such. Plus, "MENA" is a bullshit term as I've always alluded to. Genetically speaking, it makes zero sense. To the regret of some posters here, Armenians are MENA. Christians Levantines are lighter because they barely have any Arab blood.
