Which countries have commercials literally everywhere? (Streets,TV, Radio etc?)

I guess it's US, but damn I literally have no power of watching those American commercials, it always gives me headache.
My friend is currently in the US for a year and he said, he doesn't understand how can all those guys watch sports when there are commercials every minute.
