Just by looking at these surnames, most of them seem to be regular even among Serbs today and certainly none would indicate any Romance roots. For example the surname Račić could easily be from the Montenegrin Brda region. The infamous Puniša Rаčić was from the Vasojevići clan and they're also E-V13.
