I got Greco-Bactrian + Ottoman with 4 distance. This is very close compared to other people's results.

Are you sure about it? What is it's genetic profile exactly?

This is great distance actually. Mine are around 10.

    Greco-Bactrian + Roman (9.926)
    Seleucid + Roman (9.961)
    Greco-Bactrian (10.97)

Somehow, Ottoman Anatolia disappeared on my MTA. I have never had them in my oracle's yet I had them on both my map and timelines.

Almost all Balkanites have it on MTA. On the other hand, both IND_Roopkund B and Greco-Bactrian added into Global 25 and MTA around the same time.

IND_Roopkund B samples were totally Greek people. They have totally different autosomal DNA than IND_Roopkund A and C which are predominantly native their region unlike Roopkund B.

If many South Slavs and Romanians get this, it is probably not Greek but Thracian, isn't it more reasonable? I can't model it because the web site is not working now and i don't have access to my pc

I am really not sure about them. I am pretty sure Scythian samples from Moldova are predominantly Thracians (Getae's actually) but this one is not clear. Thracians never reached to India unlike Greeks.

I can do it for you, I can access to site. Just tell me what populations you want to use in your model.

Well did you know that all GREEKGRALPOP samples are from Thrace? I recently read about it.

Can you add Mycenaean to the ancient modeling? Also can you add "Turkmen" to our models?

I believe that Greco-Bactrian is IND_Roopkund B on Global 25. Here is the full article about them,

They were probably Merchants from the Balkans trying to cross the frozen lake with their caravan and drowned. Anyway, it's interesting but will keep changing with newer ancient samples.
