Could you point which parts of MGTOW involves hatred?
As far as understand, they just end to focus mostly on the problems of marriage and long term relationships with women and also the fact that women are legally privileged more that men.
I don't think that MGTOW and Incel are similar, even because you don't need to be celibate to be MGTOW. The majority of alpha males are probably MGTOW and don't even know.
