Europeans or West Asians? Which one is more diverse in terms of looks and genetics?

I am really not sure about that. I doubt the difference between Norwegians and Portuguese in terms of either skin colour or facial traits is anything like as big as that between Pashtuns and Tamils. (And I am saying this as someone often accused of overstating the differences between Europeans).

Thats middle east right? I thought west asia is more like turkey, iran, caucasus countries, and levant. If you include the gulf region as well, then yeah middle east is more diverse. Based on what i've heard from others, gulf region isnt west asia though but not sure.
