I am really not sure about that. I doubt the difference between Norwegians and Portuguese in terms of either skin colour or facial traits is anything like as big as that between Pashtuns and Tamils. (And I am saying this as someone often accused of overstating the differences between Europeans).

Europeans also have great diversity , Europeans have lot of diversity in terms of hair color and eye color but south asian have more in features since difference is also along percentage of west eurasian ancestry a jatt is way more west eurasian than tamil but europeans are fully west eurasian population.

Key part in bold. Also, while a minority of Portuguese people can look (superficially) Nordic, and an even smaller minority of Norwegian people can look (superficially) Mediterranean, I doubt many Pashtuns and Tamils have any serious resemblance to the other.

Pashtuns and other dardic groups I can agree with , but Punjab/Sindh region has some very dark types that can overlap with tamils superficially atleast if you base your opinion on pigmentation.
