I also will not only try to do a No Fap September but i will also do No Fap 2020 to reach 2021 full of energy.

I'm one tbh, the saddest is that i am a masturbation addict since a very early age.... I don't like masturbation nor sex related things but i cannot left the addiction. It have killed my energy, creativity and memory. Before masturbation addiction, i was good at everything at school, including mathemathics but now i feel like my mind is degenerating, even to write a comment i need an enormous effort.

I think 2 or 3 days is the maximum of consecutive days withouth faping that i've had since 16 years-old old and i am 20 now lol

never got any problems in real life from watchin porn; i actually gettin horny after 5-10 min everytime after busting a nut/having sex, without that cant even work or study; absolutely no problems with energy, i actually feel calmer and being able to concentrate for a while until the horny devil rises again.
nofap for a whole year? Dude you re crazy...i mean if you dont fap and dont watch porn but have sex its ok, but going a whole year without ejaculation...well your balls would atrophy because of lowered LH levels and you at some point will lose any libido both to psychological problems arised from nofap and due to catastrophicaly low testosterone levels from not busting a nut. Also your dick would shrink and you will become a lifeless skinny philosophical monk and would feel like some granddaddy. Nofap is stupid. I don’t think a month will do much. I’ve read on reddit some guys didn’t do it for a year. And said that’s when they started feeling the effects. They became crazy focused in their lives .

It makes sense actually. Sex and masturbation releases a shit load of dopamine and causes deregulation of dopamine receptors. If you’ve been doing it all your life there is no way you can completely rewire your brain in 1 month. Neuroplasticity happens over a longer period of time.

I have already failed September - I live alone now, my wife lives with her parents, while our apartment is being renovated. Plus we haven't had sex since November, due to the birth of a son.
So I could not stand it.
