In October I will be in Europe and I'm trying to pick the last city in my travels. What is one (safe) city in Eastern Europe that you would recommend me to travel to the most?

+1 for Prague, especially if you're doing a longer trip. If you're only staying for a day or two, I'd also recommend Tallinn - beautiful old town, very cheap and it's often very underlooked by tourists (plus if you're bored you can get a 50 min ferry to Helsinki for the day).
