I was thinking so as well, I saw many of this type when I lived in Northern Scandinavia.

It's Estonians though that have the least Negroid+Mongoloid ancestry. Finns are close.

And the sami have V mtdna (at least 40% of the sami have it), the same mtdna as me and I am from Spain. Quite rare, I can´t get the connection with the sami since this halopgroup originates in the Cantabrian area of Spain.
