Germanics in general closer to Celts or Slavs?

I think UK and Germany more Celtic while Scandinavia closer to Slavic due to lack of R1b.

Of course the Kelts are much closer to the Teutonic people in general than Slavs/Balts/Finns whether genetically or linguistically. Many Keltic and Germanic tribes were confused to be either Keltic or Germanic. The ancient Belgae who lived in Belgium obviously, southern Netherlands to northern France, parts of western Germany and Luxembourg. These people were called Celtic or Germanic at times or both ( Celtic-Germanic) and weren’t the only Celtic or Germanic tribes who experienced that. Genetically for example, the Swedish people are much closer to Brits and Germans than they are to their Finnish neighbors, Baltic or Slavic people.
