Neither. He looks more eastern European.

I can see some Portuguese influence but more British imo.

He gets more of his looks from his father, he had an almost Lappid phenotype. I also agree with Shelati, kind gives an Eastern Euro vibe.

That's his father???? He looks very Eurasian. Very odd look for a western European.

No kidding just yesterday I was watching a movie he starred and I said to my husband that he reminds me so much of my uncle (italian + iberian mix) and wondered how could that be possible. I didn't know he was half portuguese, now the resemblance makes sense.
