Mother Europe, a poem by TheOldNorth

In the name of mother europe,
I say hail!
For she tends to us
like a shepherd his flock
to that I say hail

Hail to the cradle of the west,
The one who has lightened her people
as much as they have enlightened themselves

Hail to her heart where lords of iron forged,
then moved on to greener pastures
where no Romans roamed

Hail to her arms where the lords of battle fought,
then swiftly struck at Rome's dying heart

Hail to her legs where the lords of civilization built,
then spread to the four corners of the sea in the middle of the earth

Hail to her base where the lords of conquest sparked,
from mere mound dwellers to the lords of the east

Hail to her head where mysteries dwell,
with secret tongues and gods long forgotten

Hail to her feet where the lords of philosophy dwelled
once forging thoughts that outlasted themselves

To this I say hail, hail to the men of yore, strong and wild and spreaders of civilization, and liberty!

Nice poem and nice feeling towards Europa albeit she is an Arab whore fucked by a Greek god.

Well I wasn’t referring to Greek Europa where Europe gets her name but rather towards the entire continent personified

Lament of Lugus
Over ancient tomb and standing stone
Over the great old mounds where the winds moan

Hail to the west where the great gods go,
when Donn comes calling,
all the way to the Boann’s flow,
after man’s falling

Hail to the east where our forefathers lay,
still in their mountains grey

Hail to the south where our cousins fought,
and many a slave was brought

Hail to the north where our gods grew bright
And many a foe they fight

I saw before our great gods fight, a figure ever so bright, that his figure drives back the dark into the morning’s light
In his right hand he holds a spear, a spear glowing to the head
and his shield red stronger than the strongest and greatest lead
His sword, mighty at his side possess a mighty glow,
A glow so bright that it shows his might to all that he wishes to show
His glow so bright as he fights through the night, into the dawn's light’s beams shining low

Lleu is his name,
Lord of the moon, lord of the arts,
Son of the earth, son of the tree’s son
great is his fame
and fair is his dame

but jealous kinsman,
and concubone
would seek to kill him
and him alone

The world grew grey
the land grew dim
as the shinning light
died without a fight
