From what I've noticed, Baltids often have quite thick lips. So I would rule out the Baltic states, and East Slavic countries too.

It seems like there’s a split. Some people say southern europe has thicker lips, some say northern europe. I guess it probably comes down to phenotype, not country.

It only makes sense that people from colder climates have thinner lips. I can't speak about other parts of Northern Europe but I know that British and Irish definitely have thinner lips on average than Southern Europeans.

I agree, just look at the Hallstatt phenotype morph compared to a Borreby and a North atlantid, the Hallstatt has the thinnest even if its a bit difficult to see
