Poland has been studied in detail. 16,3% have brown eyes (1-6 Martin), 46,1% mixed (6-12) and 37,6% blue (13-16). Overall 72,6% have light and light-mixed eyes (8-16) meaning blue, gray and green.
Germany on the other hand has been studied in whole only by Virchow. He found 27,1% "brown", 33,4% "Gray" and 39,5% "Blue". While there are charts showing Virchow used only Martin 1-6 for his "brown" category and already #11 for his "blue" category I personally doubt that. If this was true, it would mean Germany is significantly darker eyed than Poland ---> 27,1 vs 16,3% for pure brown eyes. However if we assume Virchow also included hazel in his "Brown" (meaning 1-7) and used 13-16 for "blue" Germany and Poland would be almost identical in eye color. - in both for pure brown, all light as well as blue.
TowKneeHwin found 70% light eyes in Germany and 68% in Poland.
