i didn't said a thing about negroid admixture. but come to think of it, it may be possible, since populations with high ANE admixtures like british and irish celts and some uralid peoples are predominantly curly&wavy haired. though i wouldn't say they have negroid admixture, mainly ancient negrito or something similiar to today's austronesians.
