Not seeing anything Iberian or Italian here, she looks painfully posh with that horsey face and tall boyish body (177cm, wide shoulders, narrow hips). Southern European women who look like that are rare

When I first saw her, I kind of thought that she was transsexual and expected to see her male birth name on Wikipedia. She does look awfully English though.

I can see her passing as Italian or other parts of Southern Europe, but still, her look wouldn't be out of the range of Anglo/British Isles phenotypes. Seems to be some sort of KN/Atlanto-Med type, which is what some users classified British model Erin O'Connor as. As for Phoebe, with the curly hair, nose and career in the entertainment industry, she could say she was Jewish and I wouldn't be surprised.

Keltic Nordid i think. Very English. And very pretty. I really liked her in Fleabag, which she wrote herself. She also wrote the first season of Killing Eve but she should have acted in it instead of giving the role to the Korean actress.

She might have had a nose job because her nose tip in the 1st picture and the 4th picture look very different. Or maybe her smile just moves the sides of her nose up.
