Default Could ftDNA mixed haplogroup results?

I did an Y-dna test 3 years ago.
First time they gave me not mine kit number where was R1a haplogroup with profile name "Ivanov Ivan Ivanovich".
After that they gave me another kit number with same haplogroup and with east-slavic SNP Y2910.
How it could possible while most of my DNA matches are from NW Europe(Gedmatch and FF; Y2910 is isolated from NW) and my lineage is from this part of Europe.
Deep matches of my haplogroup are slavic and romanian.
Could ftDNA make mistakes in calculation of Ydna?

Simply because the number of people who buy DNA tests is much higher in the West. For example if your haplogroup is 1% of the population in England and 10% in Russia, but 20 times more English-descended people than Russian-descended buy DNA tests, then you will probably have more English matches than Russian.

Maybe, but I'm thinking that they mixed my Ydna results. Because first time was a mistake with Y fna. But an interesting fact that my grandfathers dad was from Germany and I Germany's Y dna projects I have no matches. This is a paradox when most of your matches are from England, Netherlands, Germany and Scandinavia, but in Y dna projects tou have no matches from historical Fatherland.
My Ydna "cousins" did Family Finder, but I have no them in mine.
    Ps
Advanced matches have I1 and R1b haplogroups

Y2910 is almost fully Slavic based on YFull Tree: https://www.yfull.com/tree/R-Y2910/

If you need a real explanation, you should air your grievances to the company, not to us.

Must be from the ancient Rus(Roos in Arabic) people which we Arabs still call modern day Russians as.

I dont think so, because (https://phylogeographer.com/) website showed me the history of this subclade. This subclade correlates with celtic and later with germanic tribes(later Przeworsk and Wielbark cultures) and gothic theory can be trueful KbGc9w7HrvI.jpg

My more deep clade is R-FGC10360
