Yes, berber from algeria. I cannot find any kit number. those people look very light to me...many blondes/blue eyed people. I found this about Algerians but it’s not about the berbers tho:

Although Algeria is in northern Africa, genetically this population is more similar to Arabic countries with some European admixture
