the noble gauls on their hillforts from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean to the Black sea, from the mouth of the Rhine to the mouth of the Danube, from the Alps to the western most Eurasian steppes, the gauls who forged great iron and bronze blades, helmets, and mail shirts, with mustaches long and proud and skin shaven and clean.
with Carnyxs playing a trembling sound before there enemies, at the sacking of both Rome and Delphi, from the defeat of the Spartans to the Etruscans. That, that is the most beautiful culture and it's beautiful woodland and farmland realms...

I' m honest to say that China deserves admiration... It is not easy to economically improve a society with 1.5 bilion people..it is not yet a "good" democracy.. but which democracy can be considered "good" ?... Scandinavia ? No thanks.. Islamic countries ? No thanks.. Africa ? Noooooooooo....Of course i don't consider Italy better or worst than other European "democracies"..( it is difficult for me and many others Italians to understand our politicians ).
Don't forget that China has many Unesco sites as Italy.... and China history is ancient ( not older than Greece history and not much older than Italian/Etruscan/Roman history ) and "great"...

yes china has done extraordinary things with its industrialized/capitalist economy. The skylines in major chinese cities, their metros/mass transit, work ethic, technology, architecture, and most of all the beauty and nature of the land all are something to be admired for sure.
no, thanx
