Question to female users: do you generally prefer men who are slim or musclebound?

Women overwhelmingly prefer men with toned, fit bodies with V shaped taper from shoulder to waist. Almost all the time, men with those bodies have muscular definition, meaning lower body fat.

It's not so much the bulk as it is being fit and trim. The lower body fat results in definition.

This. All studies show it. The average women prefers a build that is well rounded in strength, endurance, and speed.

The CrossFit athlete is a perfect example of this.

Rather slim. It simply goes better with the noble kind of aesthetic that I tend to find attractive. I don't mind some strength, as long as it's subtle enough to be a surprise. At most, he would have some subtle, compact muscle underneath that doesn't really show untill he's undressed and/or exerts himself. Thankfully, Atlantid types rarely get particularly heavy.

The problem in many European cultures is that they associate big strong with big fat.
Breeding to optimize lean body mass hasn’t happened in Europeans ever since they went farmer.

Thus why Europeans rarely have pure mesomorph body types who are big with low body fat. And it’s more common in Polynesians and West Africans.
