Mort, if you are not suffering with an injury or otherwise unwell, I encourage you to get after it. Right now. Go for a long walk, weight loss is a big challenge that requires constancy above all else.

My husband is musclebound but I have found slim guys attractive before (not extreme though).

All my boyfriends were skinny. But funny thing is I am very sporty type.
None of my boyfriends ever had any sporting talent, most were ankward bookish guys or hooligan types.
