Not as much as may meet the eye. The rise of China and to a lesser degree India will increasingly challenge said order. Anyway, Japan and Korea still have very restrictive immigration policies, and relatively few of them marry non-Asians (the ones who live in the West are admittedly a different matter). Until 1993, China actually forbade people from having sex with foreigners, and in Vietnam it is still illegal to accompany a foreign male to his hotel room. Iran and possibly Saudi Arabia forbid Muslim women from having sexual relations with non-Muslim men. (Though to what extent these laws have been enforced in any of those countries is indeed another matter).
My basic point is, while I agree it is true that Westerners are less likely to be discriminated against either individually or collectively than are other ethnic groups in different parts of the world - and this is rooted in a mixture of history, economics, geopolitics and media propaganda - this doesn't mean that this rule is universal and there are plenty of countries with dubious laws that, at least theoretically, would hurt Westerners as much as other 'outsiders'.
