São Paulo and South are the best regions of this country (I prefer the South, but the Paulista elite is pretty much the more educated and wealthier plus they still have a great number of whites). The rest is pretty much worse in every sense and drags the level and potential of the best regions to a much worse level, consuming almost all public resources and negatively influencing in almost all social, economical, cultural and political contexts... a country with only the South and São Paulo would certainly be the most promising region in Latin America in less than ten years, maximum fifteen years. The level of competitiveness, general education and industriality of the southern and São Paulo people is matched or surpassed only by a few regions below the Ecuador.
