Why do Slavs south Slavs like to exaggerate their height?

Like I’ve been to the south Slavic countries, you’re definitely not taller then the Dutch, ok Slovenians are very tall, especially when I went there, but Croatians, Serbs, Bosnians and Montenegrins I didn’t notice them being tall, but rather average.
South Slavs are generally taller then Albanians from Albania, but their a bit similar in height to Kosovo Albanians, but honestly Albanians from Montenegro are taller then Slavs, maybe Slovenians are taller, just not taller then the Dutch from what I’ve observed
