    Vlach đ = dj/j in joke
    Vlach ə = like a in „a plane” or o in kingdom
    Vlach j = y in yolk

    Vlach - Romanian - English

    ku sənətaći = sănătate = in good health = HELLO

    bunə điminjacə = bună dimineața = GOOD MORNING

    ku bun ac vinjit = bine ați venit = WELCOME

    I only know Ukrainian and Romanian as native, then English, Italian and French the others I approximate from this knowledge. of course Romanian opens it up for all Latin languages a bit, while (West) Ukrainian opens it up at least for Russian, Belarussian and Polish. for South Slavic I understand some of it if written but I cannot put it together most of the times, I mean there are many words I understand but it is one here, one there.

    the language in the pop songs is easier, some songs I understand entirely (like malo viski malo coca cola, dobre zini oko moga stola... )
