I found this interesting tool to calculate in which income bracket you or your household are currently in.

It's mostly OECD countries, with some exceptions.

I thought me and my family belonged to the 50% richest people in Sweden. A middle class family. However, we are apparently in the top 30%.
For fun, I also did a comparison as if I were living in Brazil. There my household income would be easily in the top 10%.

Nice tool, but is this really accurate? I'm apparently in the top 30% for Sweden (just me) and my parents back home are in the top 10% for England. Does it have a tendency to overestimate somewhat?

Its methodology was developed by the OECD, so it is quite accurate, but it will only give you an approximate answer. For example, when I calculated my income compared to that of Brazilians, I was considered to be in the top 10%, but I know I am acually in the top 3% in Brazil (family income). It's accurate, just not specific.

Yeah it seems that 10% is as small of a percent as this calculator does
