    Firstly, you must fix your sleeping schedule. Sleep at least 8 hours a night, and make sure you go to bed and wake up at about the same times everyday.

    Secondly, you must master nofap. I recommend going cold turkey, but if that doesn't work for you then I recommend cutting out pornography first, and then the other part. Whatever you do though, never view porn again. In addition I would like to note that you must avoid boredom at all costs, otherwise you might trigger that area of your brain. You should also delete all pornography from all of your devices.

    Thirdly, record your progress in the gym. Take pictures of your body on a monthly basis. Weigh yourself on a monthly basis. If you ever feel lazy or unmotivated, look at the progress you've made, and imagine what is to come if you put in the work.

    Finally, I highly recommend reading up on some based philosophies like stoicism. It will show you the importance of virtue, and lead you towards the light.
