This guy is Cuman, not Magyar.

One interesting thing is that those small, stiff bows used by steppe warriors (like the one used by the Cuman dude) became standard equipment for Wallachian troops during the medieval era.

Stephen was not a vlach. The other 3 are related with various degrees of vlach ancestry. Olachus was not a military commander. Matias was a poor military commander. John was a great commander and probably 100% vlach.
