We have similar eyes. Only they have eastern (south Caucasus/ east Anatolia) bone structure and nose etc.

Women look always more Western than their men in Middle East. It's about testosterone giving exaggerated features, darkening skin etc. Many Middle Eastern guy get uglier after puberty.

So? She's a turkmen from Hatay, its completely normal Turks from Adana, Osmaniye, Maras are different from Turks from Ordu/Giresun just like the ones in Macedonias are different than the ones from Ardahan.
