I think the barplots where most people is scoring the same should be close to reality of those countries for example puerto rico or paraguay

Many of the ones from lower brule south dakota have surnames like crazy horse, long bow or things like that

If you pay attention to the argentine sample there are 4 individuals out of the 1000 who have high SSA. They are all from the same family I saw them and they doo look SSA admixed i think they have recent uruguayan/brazilian ancestor.

Yes most cubans are usa cubans and most argentines are adopted/stolen individuals

Yes, because the average is of colonial cities, really with little Amerindian.

In Brazil, it was enough to relate regions with slavery to others that did not have to do media.



In general, a larger SSA gene pool is expected in neighboring cities that had slavery and in state capitals by migration. The rest of the cities is Amerindian predominant.

Very interesting!!
- It seems that bolivians are probably the most amerindian influenced as a whole.
Quite more than guatemalans and some more to peruvians.
Ecuador seems to be the most euro influenced of the Andean Countries ("andean" as a cultural meaning).
- Paraguayans and puerto-ricans seem to be the most homogeneous genetically talking, but about PR the SSA has to do in some cases, for that reason phenotypically talking they are very diverse, you can find some people full euro looking like Ricky Martin or Claribel Medina (or like Birdmam who looks pan-euro), almost euro looking like René of Calle 13 or many people who are clearly Ssa influenced.
Costa Rica seems to be quite homogeneous there because probably many people of Central Valley were tested but there are also some regions quite diverse like Limón or Guanacaste (I don't know if there are many Samples from there).
Even, I know that Vascontelo found many kits from San Carlos (outside the Central Valley and very euro influenced) and if I am not wrong many of them scored above +80 Euro.
Probably those kits are included here.

But about Argentines IMO the samples are quite representative (except the SSA individuals).
The average seems to be Up to 75% Euro, probably scratching the 80% as I see...
