I think it's also interesting to compare Brazil and the Spanish Antilles.

Here i did euro ancestry in the southern cone

Biggest difference here would be that while 90% of bolivians are under 50% european,90% of the other southern cone countries are over 50% european.

Another difference would be that while in Argentina/Uruguay the majority is over 70% european, in chile/paraguay the majority is under 70% european

Another visualization I really like is the Violin plot (under Plot>Barplot/boxplot)

In the case of Puerto Rico you can see theres a bulge around 70% (and between 70-80% Euro generally).

For Argentina, theres a bulge around 95% Euro - likely recent immigrants- and a slightly smaller one around 75% Euro (colonial/recent immigrant mixes)

    Zoomed to 50-100% Euro:

I'm around 20% Portuguese and 0% SSA on 23andme, but when I upload to GEDmatch I usually score Northeast African:

    1 North_Atlantic 33.41
    2 West_Med 23.17
    3 East_Med 17.39
    4 Baltic 16.95
    5 West_Asian 5.62
    6 Northeast_African 1.57
    7 East_Asian 1.86
He scores a high SSA component for the Portuguese reference on GEDmatch K13.

What percentage of SSA did he get in the ancestry test?

I have no dream, just enter correct ratio, not average of colonial cities that had slaves.

There are no mulattos in many cities from inside the country.
