When parents get old in Italy it's not uncommon that their childs live with them to avoid the option of the retirement house. I assume that they didn't take away this option in "parents living with their child because getting old" that will represent a good number of these mens.
Mehmet son can apply only to Turkey, Italians aren't the young Turkish degenerate that grow up in the urban areas and not either the Turkish (mostly near Syria) that force their offspring to marry a chosen person.
