Nope. But other things like the way they talk (especially if they gesticulate excessively while talking) are usually a dead giveaway.

Yes and no. Easy with some, pretty hard with others.

People don't usually think I'm gay in general. A few minority do though, but that's usually because they find it weird that I don't hit on women or speak of them in 'that way'.

I often don't hit on women and I'm not gay. I just have the Aspergers and I can't read body language very well . Most of the time my mind is on something else. Ironically, many autists are either hyper sexual or almost none at al. I'm kind of the latter. To me, sex is for procreation.

No, because some men use their hands a lot while talking and it's not effette. It's the way they move the wrist, though. Gays are often limp wristed and swish and sway.

straight men look in a certain way to a woman (even if he doesn't like her or even finds her disgusting), gay men look at her the same way another woman would do. trust me..u can feel that easily
