Classify this atypical, 'blonde' Moroccan Jew

At first glance it's true that he can gives some kind of MENA impression however he looks very german he wouldn't be out of place in many german areas I think

He is very atypical. Facial features more atypical than his pigmentation. Looks more like Ashkenazi Jew in facial features.

Even if you give him type 3 skin, black hair and brown eyes (which is I guess the average of Moroccan Jews) he still would look very foreign to me.
