Peterski is just a really passive aggressive person. Tries to play devil's advocate too much. Probably a result of fetal alcohol syndrome most NE Slavs have.
Pretty sure Cumansky is Ukrainian and Rethel was some unhinged Med living in Poland.
Anyway, on a more serious note, you shouldn't base visiting a country IRL on how people act online lol, and I guarantee you Poles are most likely nicer, less cold and friendlier than Russians.
