Really, we don't see the quality of art like this until Sumeria.

HG cave paintings are almost non-existant in NE Asia, but they had pottery with designs on them by 20, 000 BC, while the Middle-East and Europe didn't get pottery before 7k BC.
Before someone says I cherrypicked, please, look it up yourself, there are no cave paintings of the same quality outside of Europe.
So, the point is, being able to draw well correlates with IQ. Did paleolithic Europeans have white priviledge? Likely not, only more cranial capacity.
